Multipurpose Service Droid updates:

Just hardware upgrades at the moment. Now it's shorter, also arms module has been reassembled, static steward module implemented.

Also I've changed the connection between up and down parts - now it's wheel based.

Droid heart module also have been enabled. (It supposed to has heartbeats and change color on different pseudo-emotional events)
